These terms apply when you use the Price Goblin website (pricegoblin.app, pricehammer.app) and the Price Goblin browser extension. The service is operated by Price Goblin Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using Price Goblin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Price Goblin is

Price Goblin helps Warhammer hobbyists compare retailer prices, build army lists, and (with the extension) add items to retailer shopping carts. We are an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Games Workshop or any retailer we link to. Warhammer and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services). If you are under 18, you should use Price Goblin only with a parent or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Your account and lists

• You may sign in with email or supported social providers. Account data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
• Army lists and other content you save are stored so you can access them on the site. You retain ownership of what you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content only to operate the service for you (for example, to show your list in the editor or run price recommendations).
• You may delete your account from the Account page; that removes your stored profile and lists from our database.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with other users or our infrastructure.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the site or APIs beyond normal browsing and extension use.
• Misrepresent your identity or upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Use the extension to automate retailer sites in ways that violate a retailer’s terms of service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

Prices, availability, and retailers

Product prices, stock status, and kit contents shown on Price Goblin come from third-party sources and retailer sites. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always confirm price, availability, and product details on the retailer’s site before you buy. Your purchase contract is with the retailer, not with us. We do not sell products and we are not responsible for retailer fulfilment, returns, or customer service.

Browser extension

The extension runs only on retailer domains listed in its store listing and on Price Goblin itself. It adds items to retailer carts at your direction; it does not process payments or access your retailer login details. You are responsible for reviewing each cart and completing checkout on each retailer. Extension behaviour may change when retailers update their websites; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every store at all times.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to retailers are affiliate links. If you buy after following such a link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps fund the service. Affiliate relationships do not change how we present prices or recommendations beyond the commercial fact of the link.

Our intellectual property

The Price Goblin name, logo, site design, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by these terms or with our written permission. Catalogue data and game rules used in list-building may be subject to third-party licences; use list outputs for personal play and planning in line with those publishers’ policies.

Disclaimers

Price Goblin is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that list validation or price optimisation will match tournament rules or in-store pricing.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost data, or a missed tournament) arising from your use of Price Goblin. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the amount you paid us for the service in that period (typically zero, as the core service is free).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes may also be noted on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK or the EU/EEA you may also have mandatory rights under your local consumer laws.
